“I saw the watch I brought on the plane to China and decided to buy it on the way home but they had sold out. I brought it from Bdazzled because it was cheaper than the plane. It was a very prompt service, free postage and I love my watch!”

“unfortunately for me there was a delivery issue with the wrong address printed on the label so the item missed my 28th wedding anniversary..BUT...its the measure of the company when things go wrong how they handle the issue.Communication was good with postage refunded and a discount off my next order.The issues with the carriers were "one of those things" as my address can be problematic.The item was keenly priced and top quality.I have no hesitation in using these guys again”

“I am very satisfied with the service received although my order took a few days to reach me. I am pleased with the Radley watch which is exactly as described. The same watch was more expensive on other websites I looked at so overall I'm happy with my shopping experience.”

“I must confess to being a little disappointed when opening the 'free' gift with my order as the packaging of the item left a lot to be desired. However, upon bringing this to the attention of 'Bdazzled' they have offered me a full refund or an alternative gift. I must confess to being impressed by this level of customer service.”

“Super fast delivery I've only given 4* as I think item was slightly damaged in packaging as it comes in a cloth bag which is then packed into a small gift box which slightly bent part of the charm”
