“A little bit of a problem over the New Year holiday period.....partly my fault in that 3rd January was a bank holiday in Scotland! After that great communication and first class product. Would purchase from this company again.”

“Made purchase for Christmas and it did not arrive within the 24 hours despite paying the additional postage for a 24 hour delivery. Why accept a late purchase for Christmas if you know you cannot deliver. Took 6 days to arrive, no apology, no refund of additional postage paid. Tried phoning contact number on website on December 27th, and whoever took call said they could not help and I would need to contact Head Office ... No answer from Head Office... No main present for my daughter for Christmas ... You should not have accepted late purchase if you knew you could not honour the delivery at that time of year. Really disappointed.”

“I was let down by another jewellery website that cancelled my order, that is when I came across Bdazzled. The product was actually £15 cheaper than other sites I had seen it on. I contacted them the day after I placed my order for an estimation on delivery to ensure someone would be home to sign for the parcel and I received it the following day. The customer service I received was second to non, I will definitely be visiting their website first next time.”
