“I would have gave them five stars because the customer service was great the products were delivered in a decent time the only thing that got to me at the end was they recommended a disc for the shifter but forgot to tell me that I might need some new cables for that new shifter but other than that they are a great company the engine is hooked up and running good now I'm just waiting on some cables”

“My Brute Force 184cc Scooter Power Racing Engine did not let me down! I waited an extra 3 months for delivery because May had told me that the 60.8 Stroker Crank Shaft was on back order. Well...it was definitely worth the wait! Thank you BDX Performance! You have a very Happy customer!”
“First off let me say this I have a chinese atv a pentroa 200 efi good bike for a bit but engine was garbage broke 2 times 3rd bent the crankshaft can't find shit for this bike at all 176cc engine . Ok now I e mail.bdx performance cause I came across there site this lady named May responded in like I day which was great I sent er pics of the bike and she responded quickly . All said and doe we agreed that a kandi 200 would fit the bike . Motor was shipped arrived on time but as soon as I loom at it I knew it wasn't gonna work . That's ok not therebfault at all both patires made a mistake. May went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem after. Speaking with the tech we both agreed that the motor wouldn't fit im.in the process to return the motor when i get the shipping label . Great company very helpful werenboyh kinda disappointed the motor didn't fit bu hey its all good for another day . These guys are great gor rebuilds and parts great atmosphere when you call someone always has a answer for you very nice people and company Mayne in the future I will buy from them again . One again thank you bdx for all the help .”
“It’s a rugged golf cart that does the job. But delivered with about 15 nicks and scratches, cracked rear fender, gear plate popping of when shifting, digital gas reader stuck on empty when full. And for the most part, customer service was a pain in the butt. Found another gear panel under my gas tank when trying to fix gas gauge inside gas tank. Gear panel fit perfectly. They sent another rear plate to replace the on the flat bed in back.
Brand new golf cart that didn’t come brand new. If you’re able to get past that then it’s a fine golf cart. It’s a little louder then normal golf carts but I got the gas 6 seater 4x4 that runs like a utv.”
“I’ve ordered many parts from them in the past. NEVER AGAIN will I order from them. They sent me a wiring harness that did not match the pictures. Then when I went to install it I noticed a wire had came loose from a connector. I called and sent pictures. the lady I spoke with “may” said she doesn’t know why they sent me that wire harness “it doesn’t look finished” is what she said. She said shed send a new one and the right one. Few days later and still no tracking number. I called and she said that for some reason is still in their distribution center, and that is SHOULD be here by Thursday. It should have been here the Sunday before. Now plans to use it for thanksgiving are gone! Been waiting too long for a simple harness.”

“Hello I am glad that I ordered the parts from you guys they arrived very quickly no issues however the parts you sent me were different than the original and I'm trying to work with technical support to try to get this back together also there were some pictures that I sent of the rollers to see if they were bad and they need to be replaced been working with Doug if I could get somebody to give me a call back so that I can figure out if I need these parts and get this buggy back together also the carburetor I replace in that saying there's two lines that are supposed to go into the old air box that I don't know what to do with also questions for tech support I've been 2 days I haven't heard back they said they were going to call a little while after lunch yada yada I'm still looking for some help to try to get this bike back together appreciate all you've done so far if someone could reach out to me that would be fantastic”
“Everything was good except for the parts that I did not get. The only improvement is whoever packs and ships. Maybe take into consideration like Santa Claus made a list checking it twice. Make sure everything’s there and everything will be nice.”
