“All the products I’ve received seem great but I wasn’t shipped part of my order and upon me telling the customer service member that, he said that it would be shipped out later. I’ve asked 2x for an update on the product and haven’t gotten a reply but it is still tied into the order number that was already delivered so I have no idea if it’s actually shipped or not due to it saying it’s already delivered (with the other part of the order that was already delivered)”
“The email message said partial delivery. I got my engine but i don't know if the racing transmission is attached or if it's the stock transmission. I didn't receive my seat belts so I'm not sure what's going on. I understand delivery delays but not on the seat belts. 4 point harnesses”

“the motor i ordered is good, the starter was bad, luckily i had the one off the other motor i took out. do you check everything before you send them? only other thing was the five prong plug was different than the bad engine (2022) model, so some extra work on my end. i bought uni filters for this machine and two other ones we have for the grandsons, they are nice units. as far as the motor itself i am very pleased, jim”
“(Edit) Original issue was resolved(see below). The Company made it right after a negative review. The reason for the updated 4 star is an email was sent to the custom care email with no response at all. I waited 2 days before i gave a bad review. The customer care department needs work. I should not have to give a bad review to bring attention to obvious mishandling of my order.
(Original) I only received half of my order. No seals, bearings, or gasket was in the box. See picture”

“These folks have awesome parts for your YerfDog Spiderbox. I have purchased multiple parts including suspension, new a-arms, front hubs, a completely rebuilt GY6 150CC motor plus performance parts for the 150CC GY6. If they get it wrong they will make it right. I recently ordered a header pipe for another Spiderbox project and they inadvertently shipped me a scooter exhaust header. After a short back and forth they realized the error and made it right. I would not hesitate to purchase from these folks at all. A bit pricy but you get quality parts and excellent service. “First I would like to thank everyone at BDX. They have been more helpful then any other company for go-karts. I gave them a very normal "bought a go-kart that was taken apart by a kid because he could fix it" situation and they worked with me to find the correct parts and explain the installation. Did we always get the correct part the first time, no, but they were amazing at returning the old one and getting the other. There is only so much that can be done with pictures. I will definitely only be going to BDX from here on out.”
