First class customer service and product everything I hoped it would be. Important that users always read the instructions fully (particularly regarding having the straps 'tight') and the youtube videos are also full of helpful tips.

I recently bought a iwalk 2.0 crutch from Pegleg, the service was excellent and with updateds via emails to let you know exactlly what is happening. I ordered the item on Wednesday at 3pm and it was delvered by 3pm Friday. The iwalk 2.0 crutch is a great product and would not hesitate to recommend it. My only problem was, I wish I had seen this product sooner as I was in my 3rd week of a broken ankle. Thanks Jerry for you help

Only just started using it following a four element operation on my right foot yesterday. Easy to assemble. Quality appears good. Do follow the instructions, I am a 15st, 5ft 10 inch 60 year old male. Still learning how to use it it but getting along well. I also have a bad back and gammy left knee so I am using a stick in my right hand to help spread the weight and reduce the rolling action when I walk as that can cause discomfort. An upright posture seems to help. Compared with using crutches it is a no brainer. OK, so a bit more fiddly to put on mbut one can sit in it ( it helps to just loosen the straps when doing so. More comfortable and they only take a second to tighten) so you don't have to keep taking it on and off. stairs much easier than crutches. Go down backwards. Nothing is perfect but the freedom I have opposed to crutches is wonderful and the ability to get downstairs and wander out of my house into my fields with my dog with a cup of coffee will save my sanity ( as a normally active person) over the next 3 months that I was due to be on crutches.

The package arrived within 2 days as indicated on the website. Instructions on how to put together the crutch were very clear - especially the videos. However, the crutch did not work for me because I have an open tibia fracture as well as a bracket with screws on my knee so the moment I put my shin in the contraption the knee pain was intolerable and the pressure on my flap was quite uncomfortable. So I have returned it - return was fairly simple even though it required a phone call when I would have preferred emailing (I should have bought it from Amazon). I was transferred to the distribution owner's cellphone who asked me "Why do you want to return it you've barely had it five minutes?". I was then told to email him directly on the day to make sure he doesn't forget sending me the return instructions. Onelittle tip is to make sure to wait for the return instructions to be emailed to you before putting the crutch back in the box, especially because the return page of the instruction booklet is not supposed to be filled out since it concerns only returns to the U.S. A note accompanying the booklet explaining this fact should be added to the parcel. Overall I'm fairly happy with the customer service, I got my refund back and I'm just sorry it didn't work out but I guess that's because of my type of injury!

I am sorry that the device was not suitable for this type of injury. We will equally happily deal with return requests by email or telephone (via an answering service so that all calls get answered by a real person and a message taken if not possible to forward the call). She had a full refund initiated via Paypal within an hour of the returned unit being received here.

Great service and customer interaction. Product is excellent and an aquaintence with a similar injury has also purchased a "peg leg" on my recommendation.

The service I received was excellent, next day delivery as promised ( free of charge ) . I would be lost without The Pegleg to get around the house etc.... Worth every penny !!

The iWalk 2.0 is excellent. It really helps me to be independent by having my hands free to do simple things around the house. It is a great idea.

This is an excellent product which clearly deserves the glowing reviews that others have given. With a broken ankle which could bear no weight I was struggling with crutches, but with the iwalk 2.0 I am able to get around with far more confidence. There Is, however, one issue that has bothered me. No matter how carefully I tighten the straps they quickly loosen. The crutch the drops when I lift my leg and if I am not careful the foot drags when I move forward, causing me to stumble. As the Vibram sole gives excellent grip this is a problem on all surfaces and even slight contact can pitch me forward. Nevertheless, this issue does not change my view that the iwalk 2.0 is an excellent product.

The iWalk 2.0 is a recovery period changing product. Would be life changing, but god willing I'll be rid of this cast shortly! More people should know about it. Great communication from Peglegs and delivered very promptly.

After dislocating and fracturing my ankle in 3 places, I was sent home in plaster with crutches. After 2 weeks the pain in my chest from using the crutches was unbearable. So I searched on line for an alternative. I came across the iwalk 2.0 and after reading the reviews ordered it 10am Monday morning. It arrived by midday Tuesday and was up and walking about with it Tuesday afternoon. What a fantastic piece of equipment. And fantastic service. I haven't used my crutches since it arrived and it's enable me to cook, clean and get about so much easier. I would highly recommend.

FREEDOM! 10 weeks in a boot with crutches was not a prospect I was looking forward to. The iWalk has allowed me to get around more easily, use the muscles in half of my bad leg and most importantly given me back the use of my hands - probably one of the best things I've ever bought!

Its amazing. I can move around really easily and forget crutches forever! Pegleg is the only way forward and apart from going downstairs (you need to be careful as your foot hits the step) its be fantastic. Cant say enough really!

If your stairs are steep, I recommend coming down backwards, as you would on a step ladder. It feels a lot safer too, as you are looking at the stairs rather than out into space.

This was a lifesaver for me. I had a broken ankle & was non weight bearing for 6 weeks. I hated the crutches & being stuck in a chair. With the iWalk I could get around, cook again, live an almost normal life, you get the use of your hands back. Got to think as well if its good enough for Harrison Ford then its definitely good enough for me!!! The service was superb, all questions answered by a human being, not a robotic multiple choice phone message & the order despatched very quickly. I can recommend 1000% Karen Purnell

I severed my Achilles Tendon and was very frustrated by prospect of leg brace & crutches for 10 weeks. We live in a house with lots of stairs and with crutches I was reduced to shuffling up and down them on my bottom! Searching online for solutions I came across the iwalk2.0 and Peglegs. After studying the videos decided it could be worth a go. 2 weeks since I bought it- its been a big help I can go carefully up and down stairs and actually move around the house carrying things ( impossible with crutches). For me I am not confident enough to go outdoors with it on but for indoors its highly recommended, very pleased with my purchase. Great service also from Peglegs thank you.

Unfortunately I never really learnt to trust the iWalk2.0 so I actually never really used it but I think had I had the time to train a bit more the thing would have been of real help to me while I had my foot in cast. As it so happens I ended up twisting the knee of the other foot (without the cast, the one I was supposed to use for walking) and had to have an operation on it. So at the end I had to be still for weeks:-(. But that second accident had nothing to do with the iWalk2.0, just explaining why I never really then used it. Best regards, Caroline Mamia Helsinki, Finland

Very solid good product, easy to use. I have a right ankle arthroscopy and my left leg only has partial feeling but with the Pegleg on my right I am easily able to get about although I still use a crutch on my left but only because I only partially feel my left foot. Overall great quality.

I was perhaps too confident at first, (video here showing me using iWalk 2.00 with about 35-40 minutes practice). I've taken a few tumbles trying to get around and work as usual. I have the leg on a lower setting now to try to avoid scuffing the foot and stumbling. My husband has to put it on and take it off because 1) the clasps are all at the back, and, 2) they are extremely stiff to fasten & unfasten. Pegleg is very good, but remember it's an aid, not a cure. https://youtu.be/3sjPLcw91fs

I had to undergo ankle surgery and was advised by my surgeon that I would be non-weight bearing for 8-10 weeks. Not sure how I would cope with this and the fact that I was useless with normal crutches, I started researching the alternative which is when I came across the iWalk2. Having looked at the video on the Peglegs web site and on you tube, I decided that this was for me and took the plunge and purchased the kwai 2 from Peglegs Uk. It arrived very quickly which allowed me to practice using the device before my surgery. Once I had had the surgery and had come off of the pain killers that I hd been prescribed, I started using the i walk around the house. It was easy to get used to and with more practice I soon ventured out. Although I got some weird looks from people at least I could get around with my hands free.I certainly felt more confident using the i walk than I did with crutches. To be honest, it was bit tiring on the legs at the start but the more I used the i walk the easier it less tiring it became. If you have to me non weight bearing I fully recommend the i walk 2.
