This Hands Free crutch has been a lifesaver for my 21 year old son! He is a barber and recently sustained a ruptured Achilles Heel injury. He was back up and working with 2 and half weeks thanks to the i walk 2.0!! What an amazing product!!

This is a fantastic product and has really improved my mobility. I have a fractured foot and living alone in a three storey house, I was getting about on all fours, with consequently sore knees and shoulders. The iWalk 2.0 enables me to get up and down stairs, carry a cup of tea without pushing it along the floor (heaven) and has allowed my shoulders and knees to recover. I would recommend this product highly. I would also commend Peglegs UK for their fantastic service and being prepared to inconvenience themselves to ensure I obtained the service I needed.

As I am a below knee amputee it's going to save my arms a lot from using my crutches. I found the leg rest a bit too long. If it was redesigned for amputee users it would be absolutely perfect. I know a lot who would agree. Fantastic invention with a little tweak it would open a huge new market to below knee amputees. I would be delighted to be one of the first to try. Thanks Melody Petersen

The i-Walk 2.0 gives you back the use of your arms allowing indipendance from crutches, a sanity saver for anyone who is independent. After watching and researching all i could about the i-Walk 2.0, fitting and using the device was trouble free although using it for long walks on uneven ground is difficult but not impossible. The device is well built and easy to construct, again although a few minor tweaks would make this device better such as an additional knee pad to bolster the area between the cast and the leg bed of the device. I have been stopped in the street by people asking about the device and i have nothing but praise for the device and inventor.

An excellent device that indeed allows you to walk without crutches, frees up your hands and most importantly keeps weight of of the injured foot. Wearing it with an Airwalker boot so I do have to add extra padding below knee as top of boot bruises knee. You do have to take it off to sit down which is not quite as quick release as I would have liked. slightly longer straps on the smaller adjusters would be useful. Nevertheless an excellent product and well with the investment.

From opening the box to trying it on took only a few minutes, getting the straps to the correct length took longer but the results exceeded my expectations. Quality engineering and a useful guide on usage resulted in a painless first walk. My lower leg is not in a cast and with the straps needing to be tight I did experience some numbness, maybe additional padding is required to allow frequent use without the lower leg becoming numb! In all a very well designed aid to anyone with a lower leg problem, now for a game of golf. Many thanks to your team.

I ordered my leg on a Saturday afternoon while I was on holiday in deepest Wales. It arrived on Tuesday. Within 3 hours it was assembled and I was walking well enough to carry my pint. After that I went back home by train - much easier to negotiate trains than using crutches. Since then it has made my life so much easier. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and have not had any problems. Everyone thinks it looks 'cool' and a couple of people want to borrow it. I am sending them the link....

This is a good idea, but takes quite a lot of practice to learn to walk with it. Good instruction booklet supplied, and also good advice on You Tube. Unfortunately, as I have spinal problems as well as an injured foot, it hurts my back after a short while, so cannot be used for long periods. This is probably due to the fact that I have been walking badly for approximately 6 months. Hopefully this will gradually improve.

Although I had to return it, having decided that I didn't qualify on basic physical criteria, Jerry was very helpful throught

I suffered a 'dancers fracture' while living in a penthouse apartment (4 to 5 flights of stairs) with no lift. I immediately had to relocate my living arrangements to a friend's home - as i could not manage the stairs with the crutches that i had been given. Even after relocating my quality of life had been reduced substantially. I was unable to carry a cup of tea or a plate or anything in my hands for that matter. I was uncomfortable and unstable going into the office or to my clients. I hold a senior role and needed to be mobile or risk loosing business within the 6 weeks that i needed to use the crutches. Peg legs allowed me to return to some form of normalcy both at home and at work. Once i had mastered using them, I moved back to my flat within a week. My one 'complaint' is that the equipment is not widely known which means that although you are able to go out and meet friends and family, meetings etc. It does attaract a lot of attention. Completely worth it ... to get my life back.

too heavy bulky , doesn't really do what advert shows eg dog walking etc. have to remove everytime you want to sit. knee pad not very comfortable, fiddly to get on and off. still had to use one crutch as did not feel safe otherwise. only really used to stand for 10 mins to wash up. waste of money as far as im concerned.sorry

Delighted to discover this wonderful device so soon after badly crushing my foot in a riding accident. Within a couple of days I was confident enough to walk on grass and uneven ground and push a wheelbarrow around. I can sweep the yard and carry buckets, so no excuses for not doing my housework! And how nice to be able to make myself a sandwich and a cuppa, carry it to a table myself and clear up again afterwards - simple things, but nigh impossible with conventional crutches.

Excellent product, I ruptured my achilles tendon and was put in a cast my only regret is not getting this earlier. It has definitely made getting around easier. No more aching hands and blisters from using the crutches!

The parcel came nearly the next day, a miracle when one lives at the back of behond!!! well packed, good explanations, easy to put together. and looks good once assembled. I have been amputeed of my right leg and the stump is too short to use pegleg to my great regret. but if you have a leg, or a longer stump than mine... you should try it! plus the company is helpful all along. great to deal with. Quick delivery and a great product, easy to use and priceless when preparing food and carrying cups of tea or anything for that matter, has a few limitations but you can work around most things. Lots of positive comments by people when I've been out.
