“Impeccable service. Through no fault of theirs the wrong belt arrived (Mix up of part numbers.) From their records they were able to identify the correct belt from a purchase I made 4 years ago and it was dispatched the same day. The icing on the cake was to be told how to return the wrong item at their expense - not mine! 10/10.”

“Buy cheap, buy twice. Did that before, so hopefully I have got it right this time. Belt feels ‘solid’ and fits sheaves well. Runs correctly so far. Fingers crossed and we’ll clear of cutter.”
