“I ordered a replacement belt for my lawnmower selecting 24 hr tracked delivery. Still waiting for receipt 1 week later and no response from Bearing Options in the interim to emails and messages for an update on delivery as tracking number supplied was not recognised by delivery partner. My first and probably last order with them.”

“The belt for my Honda FG314 E1 arrived on time and in good condition but unfortunately it’s too small to fit the rotavated I understand having now looked into it on the Internet that there are two sizes but unfortunately that wasn’t made clear in your advertising”

“Dear Sirs, The tractor drive belt I selected arrived very quickly after I had placed the order. Unfortunately the belt was not suitable for my tractor. After my informing Bearing Options of this, however, the order was cancelled immediately. I can only praise the speed at which the whole ttransaction was carried out. Barry Potter”
