“The item wasnt gift wrapped even though i ticked the box, how ever quick delivery”

“The perfume I purchased was fake! The smell fades in 5 minutes and the bottle is not the same as the original. Never ever bought from them again! Totally a scam”

“The items I got was spot on and am happy with them, but I lost out on points because one of my had discounts on so it stop the rest of my orders points not too be counted, which is very annoying and putting off using the site.”

“Love the way I was constantly updated on my delivery. Very pleased that I was able to get it delivered to my work address as so.sometimes you can't when it's your first order. Quick delivery too which is always a positive. All in all I'd recommend the company to do business with again 👍👌”

“I was very happy to receive my favourite perfume (Escada Turquoise Summer) as it was Limited Edition and I could not easily find it online from a reliable source until I found Beauty Base! A reasonable price too. I would appreciate it if you stocked up on some more because I am certain I'll buy again when I run out!”

“Excellent products and very reasonably priced. A fast efficient service with plenty of updates and information on dispatch and delivery. Only down side is I hate paying delivery on small items and would need to spend a lot to get free delivery. However as the products are so reasonably priced I would definitely order again”

“I recently wanted to place an online order but the item I wanted was no longer on your website. I emailed customer services to ask if you’d get more in stock. I got a super quick reply and whoever responded checked the stock levels in your shops, you had plenty and the items were then added to your website so that I could buy them. I received constant updates from you so I knew exactly when to go online & buy. I’ve never experienced customer service like it. Absolutely FANTASTIC. And to top it off, my order arrived very quickly. I’ll definitely recommend you & buy from you again. Please thank everyone involved. Amazing online retailer.”
