“Very annoying when I got to the payment stage after placing my order that I was unable to pay by credit card and was forced to use either Paypal (which I didn't want to do for this order) or Amazon. Delivery took several days longer than I would have hoped and I didn't receive any free gifts as advertised on the site "free gift with every order"!”

“I am very pleased with the arrangement you have with Amazon and l received my order very well packed and within two days ,well done Beauty Base. However l was initially perturbed when l spoke to a couple of the staff ,who didn’t seem to know and explain how the arrangement went on when explaining it to me, however l was pleased and relieved when the order arrived, good driver to , nice guy !”
