“The delivery time was great and the product is as described. I bought a gift set as a present for someone and when the product arrives, the clear casing and the box was scratched and scuffed, which have now obviously made it look tacky as they are very noticeable.”

“Went to Westfield Shopping Centre in Stratford with my wife yesterday and have been served by two lovely young women (Sylvia and Andrea). They both were extremely knowledgable and very attentive to us. We were really taken care of!! These nice ladies definitely deserve praise and I hope when I come in to buy more when I am in London that Sylvia and Andrea will be there to serve us. Hope they will have knowledge about this review.”

“You guys are amazing. You did a good job. Customer service very good. You can be rest assured that am not buying perfume anywhere else anymore. I love this store and am gonna be loyal to it. Though the gift bag sent with my £270 shopping was broken but, that's ok.”
