Every time I reach out to Beauty Bay customer service - there is NO such thing - and ask why this is happening the ONLY response I have ever had - The few times I’ve had a response at all is a cut-and-paste insert template saying the order failed:

Wish I had seen the reviews before shopping with Beauty Bay. My parcel is lost and no one can tell me what is going on. I have asked for a refund and told to just keep waiting despite the fact that both the company and shipping provider cannot give details about if my parcel will ever arrive. The customer service is terrible - I would avoid if I were you!

Terrible customer service. I ordered some products on January and they still didn't come. I tried to contact several times the customer service but they replied to me that they are in contact with the courier and they will inform me. They always replied to me after 7-12 days. Completely unsatisfied. I asked like 3-4 times with a refund and they answered back with excuses.

I ordered makeup and beauty products for my daughter, I got one of the products the next day and thought the rest would arrive a day or two later, then when I saw that nothing was arriving I contacted them and they replied that if I hadn’t taken a picture of the package I wasn’t allowed to claim anything “per their policy” ! Dreadful company, horrible customer service… I had never seen this in the UK before !
