“As of Nov 29, 2024 - my review is only with regard to their subscription and customer service. I placed an order and received the product, but then 2 months later my card got charged again and I received the product, but I never created an account (and received no email confirmation or anything). I tried contacting customer service and their chat service, but none works. They ONLY have AI to respond, even if you email. I have reported this with my credit card and filed complaint with BBB accordingly.”
