“I’ve bought a few watches on line. Firstly a Bremont s2000 which was marked, sticky residues and a few marks and scratches, not stickered with any protection. Was only one in stock and bought at sale price so I kept. Another was a Doxa 300 bronze which upon closer instruction all 4 lids were marked and again no protection. Even though it’s nothing major paying £2k+ you would expect immaculate. I will never buy from bbrooks again. They refuse to supply the watches in factory protection, why? quality control, not likely but that’s what they told me.”

“Totally unethical. They inflate the price prior to offering it for sale. They apparently (according to the assistant manager of customer services) usually put items in the sale when low on stock. Absolutely untrue. Shop with an independent jeweller.”

“I placed an order for two items, which were for a present, and to be worn together. Imagine the disappointment when on acceptance of delivery only one item arrived. On the dispatch note I was informed the missing item would follow in 3-5 days. As this was a present, the dilemma was do I give the gift and let them know there is more to follow as half missing or wait for 2nd delivery ! ! However, Two further days on I receive an email advising that the item in question is discontinued and no longer available ! Please select alternative or gain s refund! All within the space of one week! I could have sourced alternative products , if I’d known at point of ordering that it was no longer available, Very disappointing from what I thought was a reputable, quality, professional company.”
