“Callum was brilliant from start to finish, answered all our questions. Was very attentive but not “pushy”, would highly recommend Beck Evans, a very professional company and if Callum is anything to go by, have excellent staff. Well done :)”

“The overall experience was good. Ricky was very knowledgeable on the cars and the price of the car for the spec ect was very good. Negative feedback would be on the fact that I was called and was advised I would receive a call back, I didn't, even after chasing 2/3 times.”

Good morning, I'm sorry that you feel that you didn't get any satisfaction with the exhaust issue. As discussed, the car was fully checked in our workshop and the corrosion was purely surface rust. We have guaranteed the exhaust for you to provide assurance so I'm no sure that can do any more? The car is 9 years old and in very good shape for age and mileage.
