“Outstanding customer service. It’s five stars from me. From my initial contact via email to test driving and finally taking delivery of my Mercedes Benz SLC Matt Couper was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was patient, I didn’t feel pressurised, he was available ‘out of hours’ and he listened. Overall I felt confident buying my new car from Beck Evans and would have no hesitation recommending the company. They even looked after my dog whilst I test drove the car - thanks Peter. You are a natural dog whisperer.”

“Service from the moment I enquired by phone has been excellent. Very friendly and informative. Car was very well presented and I was shown around in a lot of detail. All finance and products were explained to me in layman’s terms. There was no pressure in selling the car or products. I was not rushed and was able to carefully inspect the car thoroughly. Highly recommended!”
