“company are ignoring emails with regards to my car holding deposit car hasn’t been removed from sale my finance has fell through and i was told the £1000 they have took was to remove the car from web (never been removed ) now ignoring my messages and emails but respond to other people i have now contacted a solicitor as i haven’t even been to the dealership to look at the car nor signed nothing”

As you are aware our Company Secretary is in direct communication with yourself regarding your review. For clarity and transparency CarMoney, who are the finance broker you approached to arrange the means to take possession of the vehicle, informed the company’s sales manager that they were no longer able to accommodate you. Specifically CarMoney stated that the finance arrangements could not proceed as you had provided them with what they described as “fake driving licence details”. It is my understanding that when CarMoney were engaging with you they would have asked you to provide the last 8 digits from the your license number together with what is known as a “check code”. Therefore and unless you are able to demonstrate that CarMoney had, through error, wrongly stated that you provided them with fake driving license details, we have been advised to withhold the return of the deposit until it is positively established that the £1,000.00p came from an appropriate and legal source. Please note that any person providing what they know to be fake driving license details for the purposes of financial gain commits a criminal offence under the Fraud Act 2006. Team Beck Evans

“been trying to contact the sales person and make a complaint to the right emails left on hold and then hung up on was intrested in a car was sorting finance was told i needed to pay a £1000 dep which was refundable if i changed my mind (have call recorded ) the deposit was to remove car from sale it never has and has remained for sale on the internet i notified the sales person the next morning that my finance has failed and since then i’ve had no response or no calls to refund my deposit i have now made a claim to the small claims and spoke to a solicitor”
