The staff were great went to a lot of trouble to make sure I had all the information I needed about the car, gave me a cup of tea and left me to look through the paperwork. Answered all my questions. The car looked lovely and I was introduced to the mechanic who works on the cars. Passed AA inspection with flying colours, just one small adjustment was needed which Becks Evans workshop sorted. I was met at Sidcup station and driven to the car showrom payment was quick and easy and I left with a package of information on the car ensuring I had filled in the slip to go off to DVLA. I would most definitely recommend buying a car from Beck Evans, great car, great and efficient service. Barbara

I bought my 63 plate Audi s3 two weeks ago from beck Evans. Freshly serviced at Audi before sale, car runs like new. Car had a scuff on alloys and front bumper etc both areas were as new when I collected the car not a mark on it. Again great quality service on collection, would recommend. Regards Mark Leeson

Had a problem with BMW windscreen that Sam Evans rectified. Had a new windscreen put in at the convenience at my doorstep. Pleased with response and communication received from him. Has made driving our car more pleasurable. Thank you!!!

Overall, pretty pleased: - Felt like I got a good deal (MOT/service/6 months tax/new tire included) - Picked me up from nearby location as it was raining - Down to earth staff were friendly and welcoming Constructive Criticism: - Although new tire was appreciated, it was inflated to 54psi when I checked next day... a touch over the norm! - One of the alloys has a large mark/flaked off bit of paint on one spoke, which was difficult to see when I looked round as it was rainy and there was a lot of water on the car. Not a big deal, but is a shame as the rest of the car was in good condition, as described. Thanks, Jonathan

I received good service throughout the period that i was involved with beck evans and i would recommend your services to other people. However i have a bad oil leak and i think this is coming from the oil coil which is a major job. Can anyone help or do i pick up the cost

1. I was impressed with Sales contact Andrew Couper regarding the vehicle preparation for sale (including minor aluminium wheel refurbishment); test drive and vehicle re-registration / payment details. Also good knowledge of product and friendly attitude. Thanks! 2. Very confused as to the benefit of the three-month Autoguard Warranty which seems to be mandatory and also seems to cover almost nothing expect perhaps the engine blowing up and even then that is highly doubtful. I should have read the detailed brochure before driving away from Beck-Evans and would NOT have paid that £190 Warranty cost. I was not aware that this was part of the asking price until I saw it itemised on the final Invoice. 3. I have had the vehicle inspected at my local Jaguar Specialist, who will be servicing and repairing the car in future. Two faults were noted that should have been picked up at the MOT on 29th September at Swanley Garage Services: - Both front lower shock absorber bushes badly worn - Both rear axle inner UVJ's worn I will be having these items repaired as soon as possible as they are safety related (how did it pass the MOT without at least an advisory?). Also the front plastic panel under the vehicle nose is broken and will need to be replaced (£150 parts cost). 4. Finally. it is a very nice, tidy, low mileage example and when all the bits are fixed, I am sure it will give me many years of pleasurable motoring. 5. Any comments from you welcome, especially regarding that Warranty!

I recently bought a car from Beck Evans garage and I am very impressed with the imbecable manners of the staff team. I am particularly happy with the way Andrew dealt with my queries and concerns I raised with him about the car I bought.

While experience purchasing vehicle was good, excellent customer interaction especially Matt, only small downside was they never sent over a document they promised once vehicle had been driven away, would highly recommend though

Purchased a Skoda Octavia Vrs and the vehicle has been a pleasure to own. The service we received from Beck Evans was of a quality above normal. The sales representative Tim was of a professional nature and we found him to be a relaxed representative of the company, thus allowing us to quander and ponder over our decision of our purchase. Overall the service was very good and any future purchase, Beck Evans would be our first port of call.

A positive overall experience, Tim in sales were helpful, and all that was requested was done in the agreed timeframe. Car had brakes changed as part of service before pick up. A few minor annoyances once I had picked up the car but nothing too significant, being the parcel shelf took some trouble to fit and I hadn't noticed the rear tyres were worn close to the legal limit so needed changing shortly after purchase.

Just bought a Toyota GT86 from Tim. I saw the car in autotrader but it was in London as I was more than 400 miles away in glasgow, wasn't quite sure what I was getting. But the car was top notch. Very please with it apart from one thing, it was serviced before delivery. They put way too much engine oil in it, luckily no harm was done to the engine as I had to drive more than 400 miles home. Everything else was very good apart from that little mistake. Thanks Tim
