“Ordering the adjustable bed frame over the phone was as easy as pie and the price far less than through retail stores. Had a very narrow window for delivery and it arrived precisely when requested. Assembly was prompt and we find the bed most comfortable. Great experience and highly recommend Bed Planet!”

“Great product, web site could show schematics with dimensions. Tried to find out the height of the bed with legs set at 10 inches. I called bed planet and was told 14 inches. Actually it's 17 inches. Salesman just guessed?”

“I was hesitant to order mattresses online but this company is great. Any time I had questions, they were easily accessible and they took the initiative to make sure that the order was legit since the delivery address and billing address were different. I wouldn't get a mattress any where else.”

“I bought a set of two Twin XL (split King) Leggett and Plate S-Cape+ recently. Very happy with the purchase, 10 year-warranty was available if necessary. I took off one star since I wish there can be more seamless delivery status tracking. Once the order was submitted, It took 5 days to ship out of the warehouse. Once out of the whse, I lost track of it. I had to call the trucking company and inquire the status myself. Once communication was established, the next call was on the day delivery was performed. The guys were about 1-2 hours late, however they are friendly. They helped install the adjustable bed to the headboard using a part that I supplied, not originally came with the delivery. They also cleaned up and removed the packaging from my home. Overall I recommend this purchase to others.”

“Mattress was delivered after first try at shipping resulting in a lost mattress. The delivery team scratched the foot board when putting box springs in place. Scratch was successfully repaired by store where bed was purchased.”
