“Courteous and professional staff, who went out of their way to help me so that I could have delivery of the bed base within 2 days. The person who delivered and assembled the base provided excellent service - he was a contractor to Bedworks and I gave the company feedback about how good he was.”

“I pre-ordered a sofa bed from Bedworks in January and it was delivered within the projected timeframe which was great. My only suggestion would be to advise customers when the items are to be delivered prior to the day of delivery. I received only 3 hours' notice. Luckily this wasn't a problem for me but that might not always be the case.”

“The king single fold out couch is a great comfortable bed. It is simple and easy to transform into a. Very comfortable bed. The design is great and colour fun. It’s easy to clean under. The team at bed works were professional and great to deal with.”

“Mattress is comfortable enough but does not suit my back problems. It's also stupidly heavy and has no bend so making the bed becomes a full work out and I'm not getting any younger. The 100 "risk-free" Trial is a furphy as will cost $640 off the credit amount and I can't afford to buy two mattresses in one year. NOt overly impressed with Bed Works”

“The customer service and ease of ordering online and negotiating great prices was impressive. The delivery wasn't long at all, unfortunately only received 1 hour notice for the delivery truck rather than a discussion around suitable delivery date, but otherwise, great experience. Used all methods of communications for effective experience (Live Chat, Email, Telephone).”

“Communication could be improved. The payment was done with the order but had to ring after 4 weeks when my bed was still not delivered, was then told that I had to call Bedworks after putting my order in to confirm my order? Anyway happy with the bed , is of good quality. Please call the customer as soon as the money is transferred into your account so the order can be fast-tracked.”
