“Easy to order and good company to deal with. Delivery took quite a while but that’s probably due to the Covid situation. Delivery people were very helpful and our bed is fabulous! Very happy. Thank you”

“The product is excellent, but the process of delivery to Melbourne was somewhat chaotic. Our order was confirmed. We were advised it would be delivered the following week and we would be contacted with details early in the week. After no contact was made, we emailed and were told delivery had been delayed to the following week. However, it then arrived the next day! We emailed Bedworks to tell them it had arrived and received a reply email confirming it would arrive the following week?!? .... well we got it and it's great.”
