“You get what you pay for £320 bed don't have expectations you won't get the quality of sealy or silentnight,The look of a £1000 bed the comfort of a staw filled sack.”

“Good beds, but first one I bought has dipped. Trying to get through by phone is a miracle. Second bed ok (for now !) but delivery was terrible as they left it at a completely wrong address, didn’t bother to call me, only got an email to say delivery was made and then I had to go and find it and pick it up by foot !!!”

“Delivery was as planned with a call half an hour before delivery. The draw of the bed had sustained damage to the fabric. Bedworld were very apologetic and quickly dispatched a replacement draw. I would use them again.”

“Customer service was acceptable, but the delivery was dreadful. The driver would not bring the van down the drive - we know it is quite narrow, but removal trucks have managed it. They then complained of the long drive to carry the bed down - 30m at most! My husband had to help. Their english was poor and they did not look very professional - no ID”

“I live in a first floor flat. The stairs are just 15 steps and the driver refused to deliver the beds upstairs. I had to take the beds upstairs with the help of my neighbours. The quality of the beds are not as good as they look.”

“This bed was not white it is cream.When I tried to get in touch with the company the phone just rang out continuously.I gave up sold the bed and will not shop on this site again communication for delivery was none exiting. Unhappy customer.😩☹️”

“Bed and matress were shoved into garage, looked like no care was taken to do this properly. Good price. Quality ok.”

“The base was the wrong height and had to be returned. The only way to get to the correct was to remove the two drawers,for which we had paid £60. When the new base was received the driver refused to carry it upstairs and left it in the hallway even though we had agreed with management for it to be fitted in the bedroom. We have yet to be refunded the £60 as agreed.”

“My delivery was delayed for over a week without explanation. When I chased I was given less than 24 hours notice and so was not able to be there. I only had one phone number to provide and so you refused to set up a new time for delivery until I provided one even though it was a number I did not want you to use.”

“Had a phone call in the morning to say the bed would be delivered after 2pm so I went to the supermarket about 12 only for the kids to ring me and say the bed was here. I have 5 steps before you get to the house where the bed was left, it was a super king so took a fair bit of man handling by myself as I had told my friend 2 o'clock as he was going to help get it in but as it had started raining I roped in the kids .. all in all the mattress was cheap and comfortable but the service very poor.”
