“As expected. Good prices but there is a lack of communication I had to call them all the time for updates. The mattress was delivered out with the promised time but when it did arrive it was as expected. The mattress seems good quality for what was paid for it. Hope it holds up over the years. I would probably order from again in the future if all goes well with this one.”

“Delivery was efficient and I was kept up to date with progress. Base was well-packed with padded offcuts. I wish the website had been easier to navigate as I knew exactly what I wanted but couldn't filter enough so finished up looking through many pages. Some filters gave a selection that didn't fit the filters I'd applied. Good range of furniture at good price. Fabric covering the ottoman base was thinner than I had expected but hopefully durable.”

“Ordered the superking size bed with the mattress & asked if anyone would deliver to a flat level 2.. was told no we only deliver to the front door. I explained I was 34 weeks pregnant & that I couldn’t purchase the bed as I don’t have anyone to help me take it upstairs. Was then told as long as I give consent on the day the men will help take it up (but if anything happened to the bed there’s nothing they could do) which I was fine with! Anyway the men buzzed up and seen I was heavily pregnant and left the base down stairs at the front doors & the rest of the bed outside!! so I had to call my dad, partner & ask neighbours to help me bring up the 5 pieces they had left outside!! Absolutely horrible company I wouldn’t recommend!”

“I brought a king-size devan bed with 4 drawers from these guys. Great service start to finish. Delivered on time and great communications with the customer service team and driver in terms of estimated arrival time. Bed is of superb quality and I dare anyone to find the same build and material standard at this price! Very impressed and will use again in the future, fully recommended.”
