“Placed order and time quoted 2-7 working days, seemingly there was a delay with my payt, through PayPal, although no one thought to inform me of this, tried calling 3 times, no answer, no email facility !! tried on line chat, when I expressed my annoyance at the length of time for delivery, they ended chat, I tried again, same thing, eventually 15 days later my mattress arrived, not the best quality, but my fault for ordering on line, wouldn’t shop with this company again !!”

“Once the bed was delivered the service was excellent, the delivery men took off their shoes(without me asking) before going upstairs then placed the bed in the correct room. They also arrived before the scheduled time. The good service over shadowed my initial thoughts about the company because the bed wasn't despatched and delivered on the initial day planned.”

“Ordered and paid online for a double bed plus headboard. After a week emailed yourselves for a delivery date to be told you didn’t deliver to my postcode outside Inverness. When were you going to tell me this and took 3wks to get my money refunded. Very poor service, order and money should never have been accepted in the first place if you didn’t deliver to the area.”

“I ordered a divan with 2 drawers, one on each side at bottom of bed, I got 2 drawers, but both on same side, I also paid for express delivery, online states this is 1/2 days.... 6 days later my bed arrived after calling them on day 2 to find I wasn’t even scheduled for a delivery yet..... don’t offer express if not possible.....”

“Good service the only reason I would not give a Very Good review is that we were told that the driver would deliver the bed to the door (I called to confirm this) of the property. In fact he refused to do this and left the bed at the service lift where we had to leave it valnerable to theft while while we took it to the actual apartment. We did ask if the driver would wait with the bed but he said he was too busy. Other than that we were very happy with the ordering and the product.”

“The single bed I ordered was not the same as the image shown on the website. different materials on the top and sides and not as many tufts as shown. overall I am not pleased with the quality. delivery was fine.”
