“ordered a bed set with headboard and mattress delivered on time but delivery men wouldnt take it upstairs to the bedroom . when i unpacked it all the bottom of the freestanding headboard was quite badly damaged but as i needed to use the bed straightaway and as the damage couldnt be seen once the mattress was on i left it . now also having problems with the drawers as they wont open properly so not that happy and probably would not recommend also seem very poor quality for the frame”

“The headboard swatch on the website is not the colour of the head board delivered. I wanted the suade aubergine but I got purple instead. Not happy but needed the bed that day and driver left by time I opened it up. Mattress is like lying on concrete had to buy a mattress topper. Medium /firm not.”

“Delivery saga was ridiculous. Pestered them for a date, re-arranged work to make sure i was in only for nothing to arrive. Claimed they called and spoke tp someone which they didnt. Had to chase for another delivery date. Told it would arrive between 08:00 and 17:30 only for it arrive at 21:45. The driver told me he had been working since 04:00! Wouldn't use them again.”

“The mattress is very, good but I was disappointed that they didn’t take my old bed which I had spent all night taking apart, they refunded the charge, all the same I was very disappointed with the service. But on the good side the mattress is great.”
