“The bed is excellent value for money. Very comfortable and great quality. The people on the phone were very nice and called before delivery It is understandably a no thrills delivery service though. We are very happy with the product and have recommended bedworld to others!”

“Delivery incomplete, delivery man said he'd be back with missing mattress n a few days. No delivery. Called Bedworld, knew nothing about missing mattress. Bed constructed. Looks weak. No weight restriction on order or packaging. Think we'll be lucky if it lasts a year. Would not use bedworld again. Staff helpful and friendly on phone but product and poor communication let's them down.”

“Ordering and keeping updated on progress of the delivery was excellent. On delivery though, I had to insist the men take the other bed (paid £30) away as on invoice. They argued there was no room, but I told them they must take it. The bed is fabulous and comfortable, well worth the money paid.”

“Was informed delivery would be made in 2hrs . Then was told my bed was going back to the Depot due to van problem. Was TOLD Not asked if Sat or Sun for delivery. It would have been nice if they checked if it would be convenient for these days but as there was no phone no to contact them. So I had just to wait in both days it arrived on the Sunday.. I also wondered WHY there is name ie Magnum stitched on the mattress as normal. So I have no way of knowing if I received the correct mattress. I am happy enough with the item. Just a bit disappointed I'm not sure it's the one I did order!! 😏😏😏”
