“I was unable to get Bedworld.netto confirm a accurate delivery date after giving several unfulfilled promised dates , so I just cancelled the order and bought a mattress from a nearby store.In the future I’ll just avoid Bedworld.net.”

“Products are fine and fairly priced but delivery date selection and communication is not good for today's world. Moreover, there was no instructions provided for the assembly of the bed I purchased.”

“Bedworld were dreadful, delivered bed and one headboard, forgot one headboard and then didn’t deliver when they said, took a month to deliver the next one, would not recommend them.”

“Great range of products and the bed & mattress which we purchased are of high quality at a great price. Delivery can take a few days but the office is accommodating at fitting you in to your convenience. We will definitely purchase from here again as we are very pleased!”

“Fab price for a divan bed, with drawers , headboard & mattress, one of the drawers doesn't quite close but not a major problem, material used isn't as good as expected but overall happy with the purchase for the price.”

“Really difficult to communicate with them they hardly ever answer the phone and while some emails are answered reasonably quickly others needed chasing several times and took a long time (too long). The bed itself was ok, wouldn't go together in the beginning and needed clamping to bring it together sufficiently to be able to screw the slats in as it was bowing in the middle. It was a bit cheaply made though it looks ok now it's up. Delivery took much longer than promised and drivers were pretty grumpy. Probably wouldn't buy from them again as it was all just too much hassle.”
