“The bed is lovely and was delivered within the 6 days as promised. When I phoned to get a time for delivery the team was able to tell me exactly where my delivery was in the delivery drivers schedule. Great customer service thank you.”

“First delivery arrived with faulty manufactured bed. Also complained about poor quality of matress and not matching the description provided online. No reply to my emails. Will never recommend or buy from them again.”

“Order was straightforward but there was a delay in delivery. One of the coasters broke and I was told that it had been redelivered twice but I still haven't received it. The top of the base now has a hole in the material underneath. I will have have to try and fix it somehow before the bed is ruined altogether. Poor service and quality. Disappointed customer”

“Very good quality... Very good value for money.. We paid for chrome feet but only got castor but we didn't query as bed easier to move anyway. But as it's on wood flooring originally thought the bed would move too easily but it's fine with the cadtors all in all VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS”

“The mattress is awful. Supposed to be comforting but it's rock solid even though it told us for our weight it would be soft. The "luxury" memory foam layer is pathetic. Not happy.”

“First delivery was damaged so cancelled. Second attempt delivered completely the wrong mattress. Wrong spec, wrong size, and they didnt believe us until we sent numerous photos. As it was delivered to a carrier for onward transit to Portugal we could not return it. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company for overseas purchases.”
