“I ordered king size otoman bed 10 days ago and bed arrived 10days later.at 10.30 am this morning Driver Sag rang me 10.20am said on the way.I have been looking for bed in local stores here in Dublin but beds seemed expensive to me.seems like good bed to me very easy to instal and as good a bed as others i was looking at with more expensive price.so well done Bedworld. 5 stars from me P”

“Good product and excellent value. After ordering an adjustable bed I became concerned on reading the negative reviews, but I needn’t of worried it came when I was told it would and I’ve just had a very comfortable night. Very happy.”

“Excellent service and customer service. Emails replied to quickly. Slight muddle with my expected delivery but was resolved immediately by the team. Mattress looks amazing and great value for money. Cant wait to get into bed tonight. Thank you to all your team.”

“Mattress just arrived. Delivered within advertized time. Driver(Rehaan e) phoned two days before then one hour before delivery. Pollite and curtious young man. Would recommend this company and there driver.”

“Just taken delivery of my new bed delivery driver cheerful, very polite and helpful. Instore the gentleman that served us was very helpful not pushy at all just wanted to insure we got the right bed and mattress for us . We were so happy we bought another bed for our daughter . Would definitely recommend this company and we would definitely shop there again. Thankyou bedworld”

“I ordered 2 double beds, with mattresses and I have no complaints. Both me and my wife had the best nights sleep we’ve had in a while and my daughter also loved her bed. As for the delivery I ordered the beds on 28/09/2020 and they were delivered to my door by two very nice gentlemen on the 09/10/2020. I was even contacted the day before and given a 3 hour delivery window and they also called me to let me know they were 45 minutes away on the day.”

“very good service from start to finish, bed came when stated and we are very happy with it, fantastic price too - the only very small negative is that the poor delivery guy was on his own which wasn't ideal for him, but luckily my husband was able to give him a hand as the boxes were quite heavy.”

“I read the reviews on here and was put off from buying form them. However, I wanted the bed and took a chance. From my experience this week the reviews are unfair. The whole process was very easy with great communication (email, don't ring). The bed arrived exactly as promised, with the delivery driver ringing me first. The bed is perfect & we are very happy. I would recommend this company and would happily use again.”

“5ft Giovana Wing Floating Ottoman Bed Ordered a 5ft Giovana Wing Floating Ottoman Bed Frame With Studs. Very competitive price, so wasn't sure on the quality I would receive. The bed was delivered yesterday, quality is excellent, very easy to assemble and the delivery driver was very polite and helpful. Speed of delivery and communication throughout was excellent as well. Faultless experience, would certainly recommend.”

“I ordered a mattress from Bedworld and got a good saving on the website, I also looked for other discount codes online and got an extra 20% off on top of the advertised savings. I added express delivery to my order and the product arrived within the 4 hour slot with fantastic customer service. The mattress I ordered is good quality / comfortable / packaged well and has met my expectation. I will defiantly look to use this company again.”

“I must admit to being a bit sceptical after reading many of the reviews given here. I had already ordered the double bed without thinking of checking out the company so coming across so many negative reviews bothered me greatly. Fortunately the bed arrived within the timescale given and it is everything I wanted. The mattress is extremely comfortable and the 2-drawer base is sturdy and pretty easy to put together. The headboard is smaller than I thought but that wasn't a problem. Not everything was perfect - the screws for fixing the struts to the headboard were missing but luckily I had a few spares in my toolbox, which after a bit of search I found and fitted the headboard properly. Also, the delivery driver was quite surly - he looked as though he was being forced to deliver beds - there was no chat, just scowls and miserable face pulling. Overall though I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I am delighted with the bed and the speed of delivery. I award the company five stars for my own personal experience with them.”

“STAY AWAY - VERY DECEPTIVE Sent a mattress that looked nothing like the one in the pics. Very poorly constructed mattress. Managed to collect the Mattress however still waiting on a refund. I wish I had read previous reviews about this company before purchasing. Will never purchase again and definitely do not recommend Bedworld.”
