I've also had a really bad experience. 5 bare root crabapple trees failed to take. Despite several requests on my part for refund, they completely refuse to give one. I've sent several emails, dating back to last May, plus numerous photos. I've never come across such appalling rudeness from their customer "service". No reason was given for refusing a refund. I'll be posting my thoughts on social media.

Read reviews after my purchase of 25 Western Red Cedar plants.... Had I read reviews before hand I would not have made a purchase... Happily I did not, they arrived well packaged, healthy and within 3 days of purchase... Can't fault them or the customer service... and will definately purchase from here again... Ignore the negativity, they are excellent

I ordered a rose from here, when it flowered it was not what I ordered. Emailed the company, sent photos of Rose and label. Received a Reply and apology from Sales department, its been reordered and should be delivered in the autumn. Very good customer service .... as long as the correct rose arrives.
