“Ordered Thursday evening before father's day. Big banner on the homepage said I had 12 hours left to order to guarantee delivery for Saturday so my dad got his beer for fathers day. He didn't get it until the Monday. Very disappointed as first time ordering with Beer Hawk. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't use again.”

Really sorry there was an delay in your order arriving. Unfortunately due to your location it took an extra day for the delivery to reach you & I'm sorry the banner was misleading. We are looking to change the wording so anyone living in the Highlands & Islands will be aware it wouldn't be next day delivery. Cheers, Hannah

“The product is very nice and would recommend it but be careful with delivery. I ordered two Father's Day packs ( for my husband and his dad) and only one arrived and was left, at risk of theft, in full view on the front step. Beer Hawk apologised and sent me another one, but obviously the moment had gone. I was not offered any gesture of goodwill future discount, credit etc for the inconvenience which was disappointing.”

Am sorry the delivery was just left on your front door step. The couriers stated it was left in a front porch, so they must have thought that was a safe enough location. I'm glad we got it sorted & another one sent out for you. Cheers, Hannah

“Recently purchased two mystery boxes, having enjoyed them in the past. Great value and a good variety of styles but what was a shame is that the two boxes were virtually identical. Not what I was expecting but I understand there will be duplicates at times. When ordering multiple mystery boxes perhaps the above could be considered?
