“I purchased the Valentines selection for my boyfriend, the service and product itself was excellent. My only gripe was that the box was delivered without being wrapped - so it was quite clearly beer, as this was printed all over the box. My boyfriend took delivery of the parcel, so the Valentines surprise was kind of ruined. I expected the box to be delivered in plain packaging, as it was specifically geared towards Valentines. I also e-mailed Beer Hawk to suggest plain packaging is used in the future - I didn't get a response which was disappointing. If it wasn't for the packaging issue, and lack of response to my e-mail I would have awarded this company full marks, as I couldn't fault the product itself (packaging aside) or the service I received prior to the beer being delivered.”

“I ordered the valentine’s gift set of beers for my boyfriend and he really enjoyed every one of them. It was a great selection of beers which I have never seen in shops anywhere else. The service was great and the delivery arrived on time with no problems at all.”

“Very quick delivery and all good except one bottle was sent as a can. I phoned and queried and was told I'd be sent an immediate replacement but have never heard back. A shame as otherwise I was very happy.”

“Birthday message card missing from parcel, receiver didn't know who gift was off, until fortunately mystery parcel was mentioned to sender. Not happy that this happened, a message card is sent for obvious reasons.”

“Very happy with the Valentines box I was sent and my husband enjoyed the beers. Beer Hawk were very good to deal with, however were let down by the delivery company who said they had tried to deliver and left a card when they had done neither, then came two hours before the allocated delivery slot for the re-arranged delivery. Beer Hawk were helpful when I reported the problem (and told me I was not the first to report similar issues).”
