“Quick delivery even though it was close to Christmas. Good communication. Present for our son and he was delighted with the variety of Belgian Beers. I think it was his favourite present. Will definitely use again. Cheers !”

“I was very pleased with the product. It was a gift but only half was delivered. When I contacted the company they promised the remaining half would be delivered but it didn't arrive. But the customer services was excellent, when I contacted them again they sent the full order which arrived quickly and in time for Christmas and I had a box to keep and try myself!”

“As I live in New Zealand and wanted to send a gift to family in the U.K I was feeling anxious with my first online shopping experience. I found that Beer Hawk made everything from looking at the choices on offer, the payment method, to dispatch and delivery a positive and encouraging experience. Just the gift tag did not arrive with the gift. Would I use Beer Hawk again and recommend to others in the ex pat and home communities.? Most definitely”

“Fantastic service and the 2 boxes I ordered plus the advent calendar had a brilliant selection. Husband is very happy and we'll certainly be placing more orders once he's worked through these boxes :-D”

“I was quite excited to find a mystery case. 12 different beers were in the case - mainly IPAs plus some others. Most I haven't tried before so that was a bonus! I suppose a mystery case can be a risky option but it worked out well for me! Taste much better chilled!”

“Fast delivery & boyfriend loved the beer. I would say that I only ordered 1 large bottle & it did come in a huge box (for fitting 24 bottle in) which is kind of a waste lol. All good though & I wouldn't recommend them :)”

“Tremendous beers and easy to navigate website but let down by failures on delivery. The free delivery option within five working days appears to offer terrific value considering how cumbersome beers are to ship; too good to be true it transpired. The reality of the situation was that my order sat 'in the warehouse' for two and a half weeks before getting lost by the courier. BeerHawk did resend the order without argument and were pleasant to correspond with but the second dispatch also took a week. This was my second order with Beerhawk and the second time the courier has failed to deliver on what the website promises. Lots of the beers on this site are jolly delicious though and the simplicity of the website means I will probably use it again, hopefully the delivery is better next time.”

“Bought the perfectdraft for Xmas present for my brother in law and he loves it or should I say we all love it the only problem is the kegs finish all too soon, lol that must mean we love it just a bit too much. thankyou oh so much for such a good product I think I might be buying one for myself very very soon.”

“My order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and nearly didn't make it for Christmas. Worse was I ordered a few cans of beer with my order. Suddenly I receive a refund through paypal; no email or explanation. When my order arrives, the cans are not there. presumably, they had ran out or just didn't bother getting anymore in. Still no explanation. I will certainly not be recommending BeerHawk to anyone.”
