“Great communication. I was contacted to say my delivery had been damaged en route and would be replaced at once, so this shows how quickly they deal with problems. Package arrived intact and quickly, and was well received by my partner. He is enjoying the flavours and quality of the Anti Valentine's selection. Would buy again without hesitation.”

“Delivery was v quick. the bottles were securely package so no issue with breakages. You have a good selection of beers, so we are never disappointed!”

“Quick delivery time, good beers. However of the 18 beers ordered 2 were missing upon arrival. After contacting and receiving a fairly prompt response, I was advised a refund had been issued for the missing items. The option of either a refund or having the beers sent out would have been preferred.”

“Beer was delivered when they said it would, excellent couple of days from time of purchase. Really enjoyed the Non alcoholic Weiss beer, in fact just about to order some more. Well done keep up the good work.”

“Love the beers from here, always a varied selection in the mixed selection, but still plenty of Belgian style ones that we love the most. The loyalty scheme is also brilliant. Only minor gripe is that the delivery was a couple of days late. Thanks guys, will keep coming back and recommending to friends.”

“I was looking for something better than just a chocolate advent calendar and this was definitely it - my husband was very happy with it was delivered! It was also nice that the beer glass was included to keep after all the beer had been enjoyed.”

“Bad experience, they do not read the messages, I had to tell them 4 times that a beer was missing in the box. At least they sent me the amount of beer that was missing.”

“Found the beer that we've been looking for but nobody appeared to stock. Place the order and the goods arrived with a couple of days. Good range of beers, easy website, reasonable prices and good delivery. Why risk other places”

“Delivery was split into two parts and one box arrived a day late. There were two beers missing. I was informed of one before despatch and refunded but had to contact customer services about the other. Refund was a bit slow but beers were great.”

“Great Idea - however the case of beer that I was given for my Birthday contained 8 beers. Best Before dates of May 16, 16 Oct 16, 30 Nov 16, Nov 16, 20 Jan 17, 28 Feb 17, Apr 17 and May 17. Reading past comments it appears that I am not the only one to suffer from expired beer!”
