“My son cannot rate the beer, but delivery is practically non existent, ordered a machine and keg of beer for his 65 th birthday on the 28th, June, keg arrived on the 24th, machine is yet to be delivered, it is now the 2nd. of July. If I had known you could not deliver, I could have looked else where, do hope this is not the future. Elizabeth Owen.”

“Great beers, poor delivery service. Ordered beers for Father's Day. Delivery company attempted delivery when no-one was in but did not leave the beers in a safe place as instructed (despite there being a very obvious one), did not leave a calling card and did not attempt re-delivery until the next week (by which time they had missed Father's Day). Was not happy with Beerhawk's unapologetic response to my inquiry either.”

Sorry there was an issue with the delivery of your order & you didn't feel our handling of your query was satisfactory. The couriers do try & leave in a safe place if they feel it is ok to do so. I can't comment as to why they didn't feel it was safe on this occasion. But I am pleased your beers did arrive safe. Cheers, Hannah

“So far I have only tried the Trappist, and Belgian beer boxes which are excellent. Some beers are not readily available in the UK deliver is prompt and no breakages so far. Will be trying more beers soon. Highly recommended.”

“My husband has really enjoyed a great selection of Ale's. A perfect Father's Day present from our children. It's just a shame the packaging gave the surprise away before Fathers Day, the children were left a little disheartened when Daddy got to the door first to receive the order & Daddy knew it was for him :(”
