“Hi, been meaning to email as I found the expierince poor to say the least. First off the gift pack I purchased from you took nearly 3 weeks to come when it did finally come the glass was smashed. Called you and you sent a replacement glass which didn't fit the gift box. Bottom line is couldn't use the gift for the secret santa present so I had to purchase a second gift. Beer hawk was a complete waste of money. Thanks Nick”

“Excellent selection of beers proved of great interest for my husband. I'm only sorry there was so,much adversrtising on the box as it was a present. It would be nice to have the chance of it to be sent under plain wrapping, I wouldn't mind paying extra as it spoilt the surprise.”

“Where to start! Online account that you can't access... answering service before Christmas with no real idea where order was. Sent kegs but useless without draft machine... blaming UKMail for damaging unit, no correspondence, no updates and happy to blame anyone without accepting responsibility. Clearly can't cope with high order levels, don't really have a working e-commerce platform (other than taking your money!) and a poor service culture! AVOID at all costs.”

Hi - Thanks for the feedback, we take it seriously and can assure you that we hold our hands up if we make a mistake - and we have made a few ! We are looking at our processes to ensure the same does not happen again in the future.

“I ordered the beer on 10th December and after a long catalogue of errors by the courier it still hasn't arrived ( now 28th Dec). It apparently was delivered to a neighbour of my work address although no card or notification was left. I have made several calls to Beerhawk but they have promised to get back to me but haven't each time and I was left without one of my main Christmas presents!”

“Beer arrived promptly and well packaged. Totally different beer and ales from choice in supermarkets. All mine were bought as presents. The santa selection box was a very quirky gift. My brother enjoyed the Christmas stout. All in all a good service.”

“Only one person could do anything about the beers that your courier said had been delivered - sadly to a completely random address - 6 phone calls and 2 emails. Eventually the lady I spoke to had to re-order for me and sent express delivery. Order did eventually arrive in time for Christmas, 2 hours after the time stipulated by courier. The actual beers are fine - my recommendation would be to change your courier”

“SUPERB ATTITUDE ON THE PHONE. MY SON LIVES IN THE WILDS OUTSIDE TRURO UP AN ALMOST IMPASSABLE LANE AND THE DRIVERS HAVE NO PROBLEM DELIIVERING FROM WETHERBY IN 3/4 DAYS. IMMACULATE SERVICE AND BEERS UNOBTAINABLE ELSEWHERE . I NEED TO TRY THE MONASTERY BEERS BUT THEY WERE IN SUCH DEMAND --SOLD OUT OVER XMAS. A GREAT SITE NAME AND A SITE SO NEEDED BY THOSE WHOM LOVE BELGIAN AND GERMAN BEERS. THE WHOLE IDEA OF BEER HAWK WAS GENIUS AND I AM SO GLAD IT IS DOING SO WELL .THE MARKET IN DECENT PUBS PREPARED TO INDULGE CUSTOMERS MUST BE BOTTOMLESS.”

“Bought 4 beer bullets as gifts. The recipients seem pleased with them(eventually!) but they took 3 weeks to arrive which meant I didn't have them for the day I really needed them for. It said dispatched within 5 days when I ordered.”

“Ordered beer kegs for Phillips pure pint couple of days after my partner ordered the machine, kegs came within 5 days and were left at side of house (happy days). But unfortunately I sat on Xmas day looking at the kegs wishing I could have a drink, because the Phillips machine has still not turned up. After lots of emails and phone calls to people who just told you lies to get you off the line. I still have no idea where it is and they don't either.. From reading the other reviews I can see that BeerHawk has made a complete hash of their Xmas orders. If they would of just put their hands up and said we have mucked up please have a refund or a free keg/voucher as compensation - I could of respected that instead of the lies. Yes as I write this I am still siting here looking at the kegs - with a mouth like gandi's flip flop.... Sort it out BeerHawk....”

Clinton - Appreciate the review. We know we made mistakes in getting the Perfect Draft Machines out over Christmas which caused us some issues. This has now been rectified and processes in place to ensure it does not happen again. regards Stu
