“Not recommended. I ordered on 28th Nov, on 11th Dec they sent me someone elses beer order. Beerhawk then attempted to arrange a collection, gave me a time slot......but then did not book the courier so I wasted half a day waiting at home for them to collect it..... which they still have not managed to do. Received my beer on 20th Dec..... Would have ordered else where had I known it would have been this difficult!”

“Really good service, arrived on time and the enclosed free magazine was great quality and worth a read. Only odd thing was the size of the cardboard box used to transport 4 x 330ml cans of beer - it would have held up to 30 cans. Seems a bit of a waste. OK so I guess most orders aren't for just 4 cans (my order was for a £10 secret Santa present) but I was surprised by the amount of unnecessary packaging (which presumably I funded through the delivery charge). Otherwise all good and the present was well received - thanks again ! :-)”

“I used beer hawk once and all went well! I used it again cyber Monday, I didn't get my order until over a week later! However this wasn't my complete order, so I had to chase the rest of the order I hadn't received. There was no email or phone call to apologise for incomplete order, and to this date 20/12/2016 I have still not received my complete order! Dissatisfied is an under statement.”

“Ordering fine and beer looks good but not tried yet. Delivery by UK Mail appalling - just left on front door step as we were out. Apparently left safely in a porch. Sent info to Beer Hawk but no response. UK Mail did apologise. Luckily we found the order before it was stolen.”

“Not had a great experience I'm afraid, since placing my first order in October. This was for the advent calendar which should have included both a tasting kit & tasting glass. No kit & the glass was broken. Both problems rectified eventually but only by Emailing several times. Was expecting a range of ales in the calendar, but it is largely pale ales so far. Consequently placed a separate order for stouts, including a bullet advertised as 3 stouts. Guess what, it contained more pale ale ! Too many hiccups I'm afraid so will not be placing further orders. This is disappointing as I like the concept of the company. Suppose you can't win them all.”

“Took over two weeks for delivery and not the stated five working days, customer services was basically non existent. Will give another chance but will have to do better next time as there is plenty of competition”

“Used Beer Hawk twice in two months. Fantastic product, unbelievably good customer service. The first time they contacted me as all my original order wasn't available. I let them use their discretion and experience in changing the order, wow how good where their replacements. The second order was made a week before Christmas, the order arrived , complete within two working days. Why buy boring beers from the supermarket when a huge range is available only a couple of days delivery away. Can't praise them enough. Jonathan, North Wales”
