“I've purchased the Perfect Draft with 3 kegs and we had the Leffe Blonde on Christmas Day. It was excellent. Can't fault it,the machine is great and I will continue to purchase from beerhawk. Everyone impressed and I'm sure a few people maybe making future purchases from you. ????????????????”

“Ordered two kegs on the 21st December and they arrived today, excellent service and quick delivery considering Christmas and Boxing Day in between. Pleasure to de with. Will order again.”

“I can't believe you have the audacity to ask me for a review. I ordered a crate of beer, heard nothing for 2 weeks, got in touch to ask about the order, was told you were out of stock and I should wait a week, I got in touch a week later and you told me my order was damaged in transit and you would refund me. In the meantime, I made another order. I still haven't received the refund from the first order and at no stage in the process has anyone from Beerhawk proactively contacted me, rather I've had to get in touch with you at each stage. It's a real shame as I love beer and you have a great selection at good prices. But your level of service has been so appalling I will never use your company again”

“Very disappointed with the communication from Beer Hawk. Item was meant to be delivered in October. Received an email saying it would be delayed. Mid November I contacted them then continually had to chase them for delivery. Finally arrived on the 1St of December so was Ok as was an advent calendar but the concern it wasn't going to arrive was not needed. No apology or compensation offered considering I ordered it in June/July no reason it couldn't have arrived on time. Actual calendar went down well but will not be using the company again.”

“As always selection is excellent, unfortunately this time the order and delivery were not. The first package arrived thursday before xmas weekend incomplete and with another gentlemans delivery note inside. My second consignment arrived today after 3 lengthy phone calls, finally speaking to a lady that actually cared and got it rectified, that is customer telephone service nowadays. Although the second consignment was still not complete the CSR did explain why and that the missing items were already out of date as supplied to them so not shipped. I will use BeerHawk again as this is the first issue i have had, but very disappointed. Hopefully it will not happen again, we will see.”

“6 of us used this company to do a secret santa. Half the orders are wrong. I only got 2 of 4 items, as did 2 others in the group. With no explanation prior to sending they've ignored all our messages. Avoid.”

Dean, we got it wrong and apologise for the issues you have faced. We have had an exceptional Christmas period and sadly let you down on this occasion. I am confident that if you return in the future that you will see how good we really are.

“Horrendous company. Me and 5 mates used them for a secret santa event. Of the 6 orders 3 of them were wrong, missing beers with no replacements but still charged full amount and no email to say beers were missing, and we're still waiting on 2 orders arriving to check if they're right despite the long wait. So 1 out of 6 orders correct... Contacted customer care, twitter and FB and nothing so far.”

Iddy, Thanks for the feedback and I am taking this forward to see what we did wrong. I do know that we have rectified some issues but we need to ensure all are rectified.

“Using Beer Hawk's website was easy and they have an excellent selection of great beer, particularly Belgian beers and craft beers from UK, US, and the Netherlands. The prices were good and our order arrived pretty quickly. I've already recommended Beer Hawk to friends (after having been recommended it myself) and will definitely use them again to order a good selection of beer.”

“I heard about beer hawk from a podcast, I ordered my beer the next day and I had it with in two weeks( well it was Christmas) lots of different beers from around the uk and around the world, I shall be ordering again when this lot has gone.you could not ask for better than beer hawk,they have the skill to put a smile on your face but that might be the beer.”

“Bought the mixed case as a Christmas gift for my 20 year old student nephew. It was a great selection of beer, greatly appreciated by him (don't think they lasted long!) I've never used Beer Hawk before, but found the website and delivery options really good, so will definitely think of using them again.”
