“Had to chase delivery as a couple of days late and it was bought for a gift. However I got a prompt reply from beerhawk and once given to husband for Christmas he has said "this was a great gift!". He enjoyed working his way through a range of German beers, recalling his army days. Will order again for sure.”

“Money was taken from account on order receipt and this was well before despatch/delivery (unlike say Amazon). Delivery was then late and with several false promises. It did finally arrive and a good selection thank you.”

“We ordered a perfect draft pump and 2 kegs before Christmas and, even though it took longer than 5 days for delivery, BeerHawk answered emails immediately when I queried this and explained why there was a delay. Also, one of the kegs was faulty when it arrived, but they changed it immediately. In fact, the new one arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. All in all, the products we ordered have been excellent and their customer service fantastic. Would highly recommend.”

“Delivery wasn't very good! I didn't arrive on the date expected and when I called and asked I found out the package had been apparently damaged in transit. I had to re-order it and I was told it would arrive by a certain date, but again it was late.”

“We had a mixed box and it was close to Christmas so I assume that that is why there were more smaller craft ales in the collection than might otherwise be the case but another time I will make sure to select more English ales. There are some like the Double Russian Stout that are amazing so it will be an adventure anyway but I am taking photos of the ones we like in particular so will order them the next time.”
