“I Ordered 7 Perfect Draught Beer Kegs On Monday And They Was At My Door Wednesday I Adore The Leffe Range I Am A Great Belgium Fan When It Comes To Beers And I Like The Return Your Kegs Policy In Exchange For £5 Off Your Next Purchase Yes I Am A Big Fan Of Beer hawk Its A Lot Better Than Buying Them From France. “I was told mine was signed for by a Gary? then told it was left in the garage, my garage is electric and is locked and can only be opened using a code or a remote! Then told it's missing??? Beer Hawk have not replied to emails, I managed to get through to their customer services just for them to tell me its been signed for? Neither Beer Hawk or UKmail can supply a solution... Luckily I paid via PayPal and raised a dispute. I've still got no xmas present for my dad and currently £39.99 out of pocket! Beer Hawk have not had the courtesy to replay to the dispute raised on PayPal and continue to ignore my emails and phone calls I've given up!! useless, avoid!”

“I placed an order and sat back and waited for over a week and still my order had not been delivered. I then called to be informed that there was a delay,no explanation of what this delay was. However after my call ,I received my order two days later. A minor complaint but a complaint nonetheless. However, the wait made me savour the beer even more.”

“BEEN A MEMBER FOR AROUND 2 YEARS, LIKE THE PRODUCT, WEBSITE, REWARDS (BEER TOKENS) AND THE CONCEPT.ALL IN ALL VERY HAPPY, ADVANCED MY KNOWLEDGE OF BEERS NO END. LAST 2 ORDERS HAVE BEEN SOMEWHAT PROBLEMATIC, SOLD OUT AND THEN DELAY WITH DELIVERY. NOT THE END OF THE WORLD, BUT HOPE THIS ISN'T A SIGN OF THINGS TO COME.”

“The order I placed took longer than expected to arrive and when it did was incomplete. Beerhawk were quick to refund my money when advised of the error. Will purchase from them again, but a further experience similar to that I have had previously will make me take my custom elsewhere.”

“ordered advent in Sept, had to keep chasing up delivery. Gave as a present and met with recipient yesterday who said there was no beer in no 10 or no 15 i also asked if there was a free tasting kit with it as that was advertised with it worth £20, no this was not with the advent either. For £65 i am VERY disappointed, i saw them for sale in Costco at half the price after i had ordered this, so next year i will not be buying again and i will suggest people avoid. Terrible customer service too.”

“I asked for my delivery to be delayed because I was away. I also left instructions to leave it with my neighbour if I was out. Neither happened. My order was delivered while I was away and left in the open in pooring rain despite my neighbours being in. The driver didn't bother to try them. It's pretty obvious a house is not occupied when boxes stamped beer are left by the front door for 2 days. Beer Hawk have ignored my complaint, so they can kiss my business goodbye.”

“How can I write a review when you have cancelled my order due to no stock. You couldn't even offer me an alternative hamper as you have zero stock ... really disappointment as i have always been impressed with your customer service and delivery.”

“Excelllent service as usual. I ordered the Advent calendar selection months ago, stated that I didn't want it delivered till the end of November and that's when it arrived. It looked exactly as stated and shown in the photos and I've had a very happy husband on the lead up to Christmas.”

“Very disappointed with the time it took to take delivery of my order. Had to send many emails and after a final telephone complaint I finally received my goods. I was told that my goods were waiting to be collected but still nothing arrived and some emails took many days to arrive. Sorry but I won't be using you again.”

“Ordered a beer advent calendar at start of October for specified delivery date at end of November as a birthday present, it turned up several days late. Pointless as had to buy another present instead but judging by all the complaints on social media seems l was lucky to get it all....”
