“Advent calendar went 'missing' and never arrived. Bottles missing and broken and packaged in another box loose and box was soaked in beer and dumped on my doorstep, UK MAIL courier didn't even bother to knock. Still waiting for a explanation.”

“From an incredibly late delivery (their communications states approximately 5 days i waited two weeks), to only half my order turning up and now radio silence it's fair to say they've been the absolute shambles from start to finish. If there was an option to give them a 0 star rating I would have.”

“Very disappointed with the service from Beerhawk. Tried to order a box of beer that was in the black Friday sale only for the code to not work. The box I finally settled on then did not arrive until over a week later. Once the box did arrive, it was only 14 beers as opposed to the 15 beers as advertised! Instead of the beer was a beer glass, but I'd rather have the full quota of beer as advertised please! I complained to Beerhawk on two separate occasions, first about the late delivery, then secondly about the missing beer from my order. I received absolutely no response from their customer service team whatsoever! Shocking service, a company that simply ignores any complaints from its customers. I won't be ordering again.”

“Beer Hawk have an impressive array of beers from around the world - different styles and types for every occasion! Their site is easy to navigate, and delivery usually very swift. The bottles are all well-packaged, and the customer support very responsive if there are any issues. I have already recommended Beer Hawk to a large number of my friends, and will continue to buy from them!”

“The advent calendar and the range of choices is amazing. My partner is fond of beer and has been thoroughly enjoyed drinking quality beers and ales all December. If you look at how much these imported beers are in shops, having the whole selection available at this price is a great deal! It arrived quickly and the box and beers were in good condition. The only bad part is that the drinking glass arrived broken. I contacted customer services to ask for another, they were very quick to apologise and tell me they would post me a new one. Sadly nothing happened after that and I am still waiting for my glass to arrive. It probably needs to be packaged better.”

“A good choice of brews. Though I visited the site with a specific brewery in mind, I topped up with other interesting items and will certainly be back to investigate further. There were some difficulties with the first delivery, but this was not the fault of Beer Hawk, who sorted things out swiftly and agreeably, After the initial problem all the beers arrived safely (the packaging is remarkably secure) and I'm now looking forward to trying some new beers, and a few "old friends", over the Christmas period.”

“There was a bit of an issue with delivery, but I’m fairly certain the fault lay with UK Mail who appear to be almost as bad as Yodel. Beer Hawk customer service was great though and sorted everything out straightaway. Do be aware that delivery can be a bit slow though so order in plenty of time.”

“The gift pack we received was great. But it took two weeks to deliver and i was on the phone a few times to see where it was. What made matters worse was that the customer service advisors didn't even know where the item was, they didn't know if it was in warehouse or if it had been dispatched.”

“I was not satisfied with the service I'm afraid. The beer I ordered in time for delivery on or before the recipient's birthday, according to your assertions, was 'delayed' by more than a week. I received no apology or explanation. Tim Page Chief Executive, The Campaign for Real Ale - with whom Beer Hawk has a professional relationship!”

“Surprised at the size of the box for just too bottles but it did get them here safely and was recyclable which is all good .... wondering if you offer shipping discounts for full boxes ????? Hoping it's yummy but not drunk yet ????”
