“Placed order over a week before Christmas and it's now 30th December and I am still waiting for ny order to be delivered despite calling and emailing Beer Hawk several times chasing it. Won't use them again!”

“Extremely well packaged with Super fast delivery to Northern Ireland, ordered on a Thursday and it arrived on the Saturday and only cost £5. I bought the Perfect Draft and at Beer Hawk it was the cheapest online with a good selection of kegs love this piece of kit. Thank you Beer Hawk you made mine and my family's Christmas.”

“One box arrived other one didn't, delivery company claimed they tried to deliver but as one was delivered why didn't they come together. would have collected box myself but delivery companies depot is in another county. After contacting Beer Hawk they sent out another box but this did not complete my order and some choices are still missing.”

“I ordered two of the Christmas selection boxes, which arrived promptly and well packaged. The quality of the products were great, and the recipients seemed really pleased. Unfortunately I'd ordered another item that wasn't included in the package. Upon contacting Beer Hawk, I was told the item was out of stock. This was a shame, as it was a Christmas gift. I was disappointed that I hadn't been told beforehand as I would've chosen something else. Beer Hawk did credit my account with some Beer Tokens to compensate. I would definitely recommend the site overall!”

“Late arrival of order. Order arrived incomplete. After contacting then I was told the item was unavailable. If I was told before, then I would have cancelled the order as the delivery charge for what I did buy did not justify such a small order. Disappointing communication. Great products.”

“Bought a Phillips Perfect Draft from beerhawk. Also came with 2 free kegs. Delivery was within 2 days. In the run up to Christmas this was great service. Christmas day comes and get to set up Perfect Draft. Very easy to set up. Though had to wait till boxing day for keg to cool down to 3°. Well worth the wait. Definitely be purchasing more kegs. Just hope they keep doing Lowenbrau kegs. Thanks again.”

“I ordered 4 kegs of Leffe and a beer chiller/dispenser. This was on special offer with pre Christmas delivery I still await 2 kegs of Leffe on 30th December This is despite two telephone calls where I was assured the remainder of my order was in the warehouse or on its way I was promised contact from customer services but have heard nothing The purchase was intended as centre piece for Christmas and New Year celebrations The partial order I have received is terrific but the ordering or delivery service needs to be improved”

“Bought the hubby a Perfect Draft system and Leffe Blonde for Christmas and he loves it. He says it could only be better if Grimbergen Dubbel was also available in the 6L kegs. ???? In terms of my experience dealing with Beer Hawk I have no complaints at all, ordering is simple and delivery is efficient.????????”

“One of the few places I could find Weihenstephaner hefe weissbier in the UK (clearly the best beer in the world). The website was easy to use, delivery was quick, the bottles were well packaged. Would be great if there were discounts for larger purchases.”
