“Would have been very good but for the glass I ordered not being available and only finding out when PayPal refunded money to my card. Company did not inform me.”

“Beers were lost by courier. After several weeks gave up on order but did get full refund.Excellent concept with good product range but if order not delivered not a lot of good.”

“I ordered two cases of Belgian beer to be delivered to my daughter's house for Xmas and they arrived the next day. I was very impressed and the beer was great.”

“I am very pleased with the 15 beer case which was a Christmas gift for a beer fan. He is delighted with the range of beers! I am also grateful to Beerhawk for redelivering the case when my friend was at home. Thank you!”

“Ordered the world lagers for my fathers birthday. When he opened it. It was the wrong order; it turned out it to be a keg. Very disappointing. Was not offered a refund. O my beer tokens. For which I have still not received the confirmation email of these tokens nor how to use them.”

“I'm left disappointed, don't get me wrong the beer selection is fantastic , and other items like beer tokens are great , but if you want the delivery correct, or organisation they are lacking , Unfortunately I have order one order 3 times now to get the items on the list, to be fair to the team they have sent the missing beers out (the ones they actually have in stock) but just is getting tiresome going around in circles I'm disappointed because I really want to like beer hawk they have great products like beer advent calander etc. But with every item I have ordered there has been unacceptable shenanigans. Beer advent calander was late GIFT card didn't work had to email Order wrong 3 times and some items out of stock Late beer can has massive dent in it It's the attention to detail which is bringing down a otherwise fantastic website and selection of beers at great prices Hopefully you will get your at together so that you can elevate yourself to a professional level I have ordered about 150 to 200 worth of beer but until deemed otherwise worthy of my money I will be using other websites sorry I really want to like your website so step your attention to detail up and it will make a huge differnce What I must say is the help I have received has been useful”

Oliver, appreciate the feedback we honestly do. We know that we sell a great range and that is going to improve. We also know we let you down and have to tighten our processes and hold our hands up that we failed.... We are putting processes in place to ensure that we know the issues before the customer notifies us - that way we will put it right before it becomes an issue. We hope to see you back at Beer Hawk soon so that we can show what we have done.

“Ordered a package of perfect draft and 1 keg for a Christmas present for my husband. E- mailed beer hawk prior to delivery and was told it would be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. Keg arrived but no perfect draft machine so e- mailed again after Christmas to be told it would be re-ordered. E-mailed again prior to new year to be told it would arrive that day. When delivered the driver told us it had only been dispatched the day before... 12 days after I had originally ordered. With that all in mind I will still order from company and hopefully this was just due to the time of year, keg and machine has went down well as a late Christmas present.”

“Ordered three cases of Selection of English beers before Christmas at the request of my son who had heard of Beer Hawk. Cases arrived next day. Selection was excellent and thoroughly enjoyable.”

“As per other posters ordered dispenser and keg for Christmas - got the keg but no dispenser and despite assurances all was fine never materialised in time. Kept being told to ring customer services - the number for which I was given was always answered by the people telling me to speak to customer services and they couldn't help.....”

“Guaranteed Christmas delivery of beer dispenser and keg turned out to be anything but guaranteed, leaving husband with a keg of beer he couldn't open on Christmas day. Dispenser finally arrived yesterday 4th January after making a complaint, very disappointing.”

“I would like to have given a better review but as I received the kegs but no machine for Christmas Day I was extremely disappointed, as well as out of pocket. There was no reply from yourselves until well after Christmas and whilst the person I dealt with was very pleasant and apologetic it didn't change the fact I had to spend a lot of money on beer because I was unable to use the kegs. I also never received a reply from the courier until after they had actually delivered the machine. In saying all that, my husband does love the machine.”
