Received most of my beer hawk order in good time apart from one can. After contacting customer services I was informed this was on the way to me and would be with me in the next few days. However this was not the case, after contacting for the second time I was informed that in fact there had been a simple packing error therefore i would receive a full refund within 5 working days. Pretty disappointed since the missing can was part of a Christmas gift.

My order was delayed, emailed customer service and they sorted it straight away, one of my beers was out of stock gave me a choice wait 3 days for them to come in or refund. Chose to wait and as a gesture for not having the beer in stock they credited my account with 10 pounds of beer tokens! I have used these guys a lot and they are always excellent be it customer service, delivery schedule or selection of beers available. Would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys good beer from around the world, keep up the great work

Ordered my beer on the 3rd Dec, it finally arrived on the 19th. No one seemed able to fix the delivery problem every time I called. Nor did I feel that anything was done to reassure me as third time ordering customer.

Such rubbish customer service. I understand xmas is a very busy time, but generic emails are rude and offensive when responding to customers with queries. I don't think you should take money until you know when the order will be despatched. It's not ok to say "you're order is all ready but ican't tell you when it'lol leave the warehouse" - bit of honesty and up front chat would make world of difference

This was a gift, and the gift card message was not included, and our friend did not know who it was from, until we contacted him.

I ordered a quak gift set and a mystery box. The order came promptly, however the mystery box is meant to contain 15 beer. It only had 10 in. I called customer services and spoke to someone and heard nothing back. 1 week later I called again and spoke to someone and heard nothing again. I called back again the next day and there was no record of the earlier calls. Again I have had no response. This is a Christmas present. I'm really disappointed. Customer services have been friendly but done absolutely nothing to resolve this matter!

Service rubbish, ordered for Christmas but no delivery although promised twice, customer support never call back, head office never call you back. No one knows when or if my shipment will go out. Avoid

Terrine service. Ordered 7 beers for a Christmas gift, when my parcel arrived I received only one beer (not one I ordered) and realised I'd been sent someone else's order and sent mine tosomeone else (thanks for sharing my addess etc.. with a stranger) Made contact to get this sorted, they seemed more concerned with getting the one bottle back from me than resending my order. Said they would organise someone to pick it up. No time or day given for this, so it was lucky it had been sent to my work. Finally re-sent my order, by this point one of the beers was out of stock (refund issued) and I guess another was out of stock too but they thought they'd just send me a different beer to replace it without telling me or offering a refund. Originally chose this site due to cheaper delivery price than other sites but I won't return.

Eilidh, apologies for the mix up in the orders, this was a genuine mistake by our warehouse. We have looked into the processes and changed them so that the same will not happen again.

Great service and quick postage, although plain packaging would be a good idea -especially around Christmas time. Luckily I managed to get to the parcel first before my husband!

The beers and selections are great, but the logistics and courier partner are frustratingly bad. Items were missed from order and order shipped very late, had to chase customer services after 2 weeks to get the order sent at all. I can't recommend Beer Hawk until they improve the warehouse shipping and use more reliable courier service.

The beer is a Christmas present for my dad so unfortunately he hasn't tried it yet, but they all arrived in good time and in good condition!! Definitely would use again!!!
