“Great service! Really good, quick delivery and when the shirt I ordered wasn't the right size (my fault for misjudging my ample frame due to too much delicious beer) they offered to swap it out no problem. Great company. Thanks!”

“No complaints with the beer - just the delivery. Although I completed my full delivery address on my account, the company name was omitted from the delivery label on the box. This resulted in the package being dropped at a company across the road. Luckily this is a small trading estate and the recipients knew me and dropped the package over to me. A bit poor realy.”

“Brilliant choice of beers (especially if you're into Belgian/Dutch). Delivery charge is reasonable and relatively quick and the packaging is exceptionally robust so no worries about breakages. I don't hesitate to recommend!”

“Excellent range of beers and a great service. However, the excessive £10 delivery charge for Highlands and Islands (I'm two hours north of Glasgow) means I'm unlikely to order again...”

Thanks for the review Louise - sorry you feel our delivery charge is excessive. If you order over £50 you get the standard shipping free, but due to your location in the North of Scotland there would still be the £5 surcharge. “Husband loves the mixed cases as lets him try different beers. Daughter also sometimes buys for birthday or Christmas and we have not been disappointed with products or service.”

“Ordered 18 beers (9 different styles, 2 of each) for a business event, arrived promptly. Unfortunately 2 of the beers were missing and when I contacted the customer service team I was issued a refund immediately. Unfortunately as this was for an event a refund is not what I required, and i was not given the option of the 2 missing beers to be sent out. Quite a let down for a company with such a great product range.”

Thanks for the review Luke - Sorry there was a problem with your order. When it is just a couple of bottles that were missed we issue a refund as standard. If you'd let us know you specifically needed the beers we could have arranged to have them sent. Sorry there was some miscommunication, but I hope the event still was a success. Cheers, Hannah

“the product and service from yourselves was great, the courier company you use has me doubting if I would use you again. The courier left the parcel outside on my decking in full view of anyone passing & it was raining all day so you can. Imagine trying to lift a soggy cardboard box full of bottles. To away the least I was not very happy.”
