“i ordered 2 kegs of hertog jan and will be ordering again the beer was crisp and had a really fresh taste great beer”

“Very disappointed with the service received from Beer Hawk. First order placed for 5 items and only 3 of them arrived – one beer was out of stock (website still let me order it and showed it as available). The other item was missed off when packaged. Email raised with Beer Hawk with a quick response back (only good point). Refund issued for the missing items with a coupon for £5 off a future order. I would of preferred to be offered the items missing (or an alternative) instead of issuing a refund straight away (even if there is a little wait until they are back in stock). So to summarise I paid £4.99 delivery for 2 bottles & a glass…”

“Customer services were extremely helpful and friendly so all I can say is thank you for your help, and thanks for the mix of beers ordered. A great way to try so many different beers with friends. I'll definitely be back.”

“Even though a computer error meant that a number of beers hadn't arrived in my order, the customer service I received was excellent. They asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to select again. Feeling thirsty at the time I opted for the re-selection and they were kind enough to sling a couple of extra beers in too. Verdant Bloom is a fruity slingshot of refreshing goodness, this and the customer service are 2 things I can recommend from Beer Hawk.”

“Checked website for the beer in wanted,said it was in stock, order went through ok. Order arrived quickly however one of the beers i ordered wasn't in the box,range up to enquire was told I had been assigned the item but was now out of stock,onlying saving grace was given refund without question, would be very reluctant to use again.”
