“Great beers delivered within a couple of days. I think they could reduce the prices further though and still make a healthy profit!”

“Excellent service - had to reorder this gift after another craft beer company let me down with their poor delivery and then did nothing to resolve the issue. This meant that the birthday gift was late - but this turned out to be a blessing in disguise as the price and varitey I found here was far superior. The lucky guy who received the gift was very happy indeed.”

“Fantastic range of beers but would like to see beers from other countries available to buy. Mainly Poland I hear there are some fantastic beers from that country. Great value and good deals. Keep up the good work guys.”

“Great service from Beet Hawk, I received my stuff in less than 2 days which I was chuffed about. Will definitely be using again. Plus 5/5 for Leffe Rituel perfectdraught keg, an awesome beer! Just have to be careful with it tho you can't even tell it's a 9% beer.”

“Great service. Only thing to point out again is that the delivery label on the outside of the goods doesn't include the business name. Not very helpful for the delivery company when making delivery to an industrial estate. I did make a note of this at Christmas when my order was delivered to the wrong company and I had a nightmare getting it sorted.”

“I had a wonderful experience on this website (easy navigate, search and find what i was after), as well as the customer service following purchase (prompt phone cal and refund when something was out of stock), and really helpful updates on when my beer would arrive. After purchasing from a couple of other sites previously I had found purchasing beer online quite difficult and frustrating, but this was a joy.”

“Beer Hawk went to considerable trouble to obtain my order after I had problems on their website. Once the order was logged the delivery was prompt and efficient. The overall case of mixed Christmas beers varied between just up my street to would not bother again but most were very enjoyable. I especially liked the half dozen extra Salopian beers that I purchased. Will be back.”

“My favourite Beers were cancelled without being informed, I asked to cancel the remaining beers but had already been delivered and was told to refuse delivery. They were delivered and I received a refund later with no explanation”

“Great beer and service. The only bad point was that the minikeg I bought only had 3 weeks left on the sell by date from when I received my order. This was bought as a birthday gift so didn't really give you much time to drink it!”
