“Order wasn't properly filled. Only half what I ordered arrived. I repeatedly emailed for them to send me an updated invoice as there wasn't one in the box. This fell on deaf ears. Very disappointing service all round. Won't be ordering from them again. A shame really”

“This is the first time I have made a purchase with Beer Hawk, but it certainly won't be the last. I am already looking to buy more mini kegs for my PerfectDraft machine. The website is easy to use, the gift ideas and offers are great and the products I ordered arrived within 5 working days, as promised.”

“Great selection of unusual beers and glasses. Selected a Kwak beer glass and stand + a few bottles as a Christmas gift. All arrived in time for Christmas. Alos received email notifying of dispatch/delivery.”

“It was easy to order, good beer selections, however they hand write the gift messages and mine was written wrong, even though I had typed it in the computer.”

“I bought two boxes of beer for my husband for Christmas. One box was a mixture of wheat beers and the other was a mixture of German beers. He has thoroughly enjoyed trying them over Christmas and New Year and has been very very pleased with the taste and the quality of the beers. He is well chuffed with them!! We will be visiting your website again once they have all been drunk. Thank you.”

“After a couple of days in Bruges, went looking for some Belgian beer back here in the UK. The supermarkets proved disappointing, you wont find much more than a couple of bottles of Leffe and Hoegaarden. The internet led me to Beer Hawk....what a find!! Fantastic selected cases, build your own case plus lots of great gift ideas. I settled on a case of 15 assorted Belgian beers and was not disappointed. Quick delivery and well packaged. Beers went down very well over Xmas and New Year and will be paying the Hawk another visit very soon!! 5*”

“I ordered 6 beers for a stocking filler for my husband before Christmas and only 4 arrived without an explanation. I had to call them to find out what the problem was. They also got the delivery date wrong. It's not the first time I have had problems with Beer Hawk. I wont be using them again. I am now getting beer for my husband from a very good local supplier who have just opened in our town and are from Belgium. They are a little more expensive but worth it for the peace of mind. Sorry Beer Hawk - but you need to do better.”

“Website states 5 working days delivery. Had to call twice and email twice before order turned up nearly 3 weeks after placing order missing my dad's birthday. Customer services blamed the logistics provider. Would not recommend.”

“I ordered a selection of pale ales for my husband and he loved them. He hasn't drunk them all yet but enjoyed the ones he tried so far. I wasn't quick enough to order the mixed case so chose them myself. Good value and interesting beers. Unfortunately I didn't receive a delivery time and my husband was in when they arrived so it spoilt the surprise.”

“Ordered a 3 month subscription for my Dad for Christmas following the good service received in relation to my husbands beer advent calendar. However, the surprise got completely ruined when the first delivery turned up a week before Christmas despite my having asked for it to be in the new year. Had to then explain to Dad ahead of the big day what was going on and meant he was left on Christmas day with one less present than everyone else cos it came early.”
