Sorry the gift message wasn't left where you thought it would be. It is normally printed on the packing slip, rather than on the actual gift box. I hope the beers were enjoyed though. Cheers, Hannah

“I ordered to boxes for Father's Day- only one arrived. Called to ask for another and I was told someone from head office will be in touch. The next day I received an automated email and a refund with no explanation. Very bad customer service.”

“The product itself is a brilliant idea and was well enjoyed. The biggest disappointment was that on the gift set for father's day it said 5 beers. There were only 4 in the box and the glass had a crack in it. Other than this the 4 beers were great and were well enjoyed in the sun on Father's Day! After speaking to the team there who were most helpful they have resolved the issue. Great customer service and excellent products at excellent prices for consumers!! Will definitely use again!!”
