“Bought Mystery case along with a gift pack(present) in my opinion only there were too many cans and small sized bottles, flavoured beer with mango, tea, pineapple or anything else is just wrong, would i have ordered this case knowing whats in it ? definitely NO”

“Delivery was incredibly quick and professional. Beers were boxed well and arrived in impeccable condition. Hubby loved the beers I got him and the options on here are incredible.”

“Dispatch/delivery was pretty slow. It took 10 days for dispatch and delivery which is twice the promised 5 days. That said once the beer was delivered it was well packaged. I would use Beer Hawk again.”

“Order a perfect draft dispenser and keg a couple of weeks ago. Arrived within a couple of days. Excellent service. Partner order a couple of kegs for me on Wednesday. Arrived Friday. Having read some of the reviews written around Christmas time I was a bit dudious to use you, but have to say service has been great. Even better now that I have found out I earn beer tokens for returning the empty kegs. From my personal experience so far I would highly recommend this site.”

Keiran, Thanks for the review & feedback, I can see that sadly we were out of stock of 1 of the beers you ordered due to a system error which is now resolved, we did notify and issue a refund within 24 hours. “wife bought me a perfect draft dispenser with one keg for christmas and so naturally i had to purchase further kegs, all orders arrived within a few days, very happy with the service and products, now 7 kegs lighter (burp), i am without hesitation getting ready to order more as there's no use having an empty beer dispenser, only slight gripe is i wish there was a slightly larger selection available, but still can't really complain as every keg i've tried so far has been a delight to drink, sadly my local pubs have lost my trade”

“Barn Dog - This well balanced porter poured with a light tan head. Subtle notes of chocolate and vanilla added to the complexity of the beer without making it too sweet. Would definitely drink this one again! Laughing Crow - This IPA had wonderful notes of tropical fruit, berries, and pine. Just enough malt to balance the hops. 10 Point Ale - This no frills golden ale had a pleasant spicy and floral aroma. Very well balanced. A sessionable everyday ale.”

“The delivery instructions weren't followed. Then i was missing beers. I then contacted beer hawk and was told they didn't have the stock and I should have been emailed. Then I wasn't refunded the correct amount. Only thing I can't fault is the beer.”

“Love Beer Hawk for their wide selection, great delivery, and loyalty points. The only downside is they tend not to get the latest seasonal British Beers such as Cloudwater, Beavertown, Brewdog etc.”

“I brought the perfect draft beer machine for my husband for Xmas and he now loves me even more than he did before, he says it's the best present I've ever brought him! It's so easy to use, the original set up only took minutes and changing the kegs is a breeze! The beer stays perfectly chilled and pours an amazing pint every time, it does exactly what it says on the tin!! if you haven't yet got one what are you waiting for?? GET ONE!!! We wouldn't be without ours now!”

“I brought a perfect draft beer machine for my husband for Xmas and he says it's the best present I've ever ever brought him, it's so easy to use and the beer is chilled to the perfect temperature and pours the best pint every time!!! If you haven't got on get one believe me you need one of these in your life! We wouldn't be without ours now, 10 out of 10!!!”

“The beer is fine however arranged a collection of two empty kegs for 31st January and no one collected. Rang again 1st February and rebooked for same day again no one showed. Rang at 17.15 to be told no one can help and they couldn't see anything on screen. Message to be sent to customer services who I cannot speak to although they are open, according to website, until 18.00!!! Not good enough Beer Hawk I want to use you but my experience so far is very poor”
